- Fra launches a new monthly performance workshop programme for young performers in Northern Ireland. To book a place for the first masterclass on SUNDAY 15 NOVEMBER 2015 in Belfast, please email or get in touch with your name, age and experience on the CONTACT PAGE.

TMNI is a new performance workshop company for Northern Ireland, offering monthly classes for exceptional young performers aged 14-24 aiming to establish a career in the Performing Arts industry. We provide professional tuition and guidance through specifically tailored classes for young actors preparing for an ever-changing industry.

TMNI is looking for undergraduates preparing to audition for drama schools, graduates who are new to the industry and actors that are keen to develop and hone their skills through regular workshop practise.

Students will benefit from regular training in the three disciplines (acting, singing and movement) with each masterclass giving all an opportunity to develop a new specific skill or speciality, whether that be Shakesperean monologue, Acting Through Song, Acting for Camera or Ensemble Singing – skills they will be required to have for an increasingly competitive and evolving industry. These classes will be led by expert visiting practitioners from the rest of the country, London and beyond.

As well as performing onstage and screen, Fra actively works as a singing teacher and sought-after workshop facilitator. He began his musical education at the Royal Irish Academy in Dublin before completing a BMus (Hons) at the University of Manchester, graduating in 2008. He then completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Musical Theatre at the Royal Academy of Music in London, studying alongside Jo Estill vocal practitioners Mary Hammond and Anne-Marie Speed, gaining also an LRAM Diploma in Singing Teaching. He has taught at the Royal Academy of Music, the Urdang Academy and is currently a singing teacher for Performance Preparation Academy in Guildford. He regularly visits schools and drama groups all over the country to provide Musical Theatre and Acting workshops for students young and old.

“We could not have asked for a more effective workshop leader – Fra was a consummate professional every step of the way, friendly, clear, authoritative and encouraging. Our students – many of whom had never stepped foot in a rehearsal room before – were hanging off his every word, and the standard achieved in such a short time was amazing. A brilliant facilitator.” - Kate Guelke, InterAct, Derry

"Fra's workshop was energetic, accessible and fun whilst maintaining the highest quality and professionalism. He instantly put the students at ease and they responded excellently to his well crafted and highly beneficial workshop. It was an invaluable experience and significant element of their training." - Martin Williams, The Big Act, Bristol
